Workmanship Warranty

Tom Buzzard Co. gives a 10-year warranty from the date of installation on all workmanship when the product has been installed in accordance with our recommendations. This warranty is for defects in workmanship. It does not include product failure or acts of nature. Our workmanship warranty runs with the structure, regardless of ownership. 



A 10-year warranty for material and installation is also given on membrane flat roof applications. This warranty runs with the structure, regardless of ownership.

The manufacturers have a warranty on materials and, at times, some labor. Material warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Power fans, turbines and gutter products are not included. We will provide you with your material warranty information.
